EVA tatami mats for martial arts and combat sports

High-density EVA closed-cell foam with tatami textured surface providing optimal grip for barefoot training. The 40mm thickness cushions joints and muscles, protecting against injury from throws, takedowns, and groundwork while preventing friction burn and fatigue.

Reversible dual-colour design — Black/Grey or Red/Blue — lets you switch your dojo aesthetic or create zoned training areas. Interlocking puzzle edge with removable straight edge pieces for a clean perimeter finish.

Anti-slip, antibacterial, and CE-approved for fire and toxicity safety. Can be loose-laid for temporary setups or glued for permanent installations. Expected lifespan 10+ years with proper maintenance.
