These terms and conditions govern your use of the website at superstrata.fit (the "Site") and any enquiries or orders placed with Marcias Limited. By using the Site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

Superstrata is a trading name of Marcias Limited, a company registered in Scotland (Company No. SC730439), with registered office at 51 Watt Road, Glasgow, G52 4RY. References to "we", "us", or "Superstrata" in these terms refer to Marcias Limited.

Use of this website

This website is intended for business users — architects, designers, contractors, facility operators, and other commercial buyers. It is not intended for consumers purchasing for personal use.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
• Reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from the Site without our written permission

Enquiries and specification requests

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a specification pack through this website does not constitute a contract or binding order. It is an invitation for us to provide information and begin a commercial discussion.

All quotations provided following an enquiry are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated, and are subject to stock availability and our then-current pricing.

Supply of goods

Where goods are ordered and a formal purchase order is accepted by us, the following terms apply.

Orders and acceptance
An order is not accepted until we issue a written order acknowledgement. We reserve the right to decline any order without giving reasons.

Pricing
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the applicable rate. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is formally accepted.

Delivery
Delivery timescales given at the time of quotation are estimates only. We will use reasonable endeavours to meet stated timescales but shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including supply chain disruption, shipping delays, or Force Majeure events.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title in the goods passes to you only on receipt of payment in full.

Returns and defects
Goods should be inspected on delivery. Any visible damage or shortfall must be noted on the delivery documentation and reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.

Claims for concealed defects must be made within 14 days of discovery and within the applicable warranty period. Warranty periods are stated in the product technical data sheets and on our Warranty page.

We do not accept returns of goods that have been cut, installed, or modified. For uninstalled goods returned with our prior written agreement, a restocking charge of 25% may apply.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, product specifications, technical drawings, and the Superstrata brand identity — is the intellectual property of Marcias Limited or its licensors. Nothing on this Site grants you any licence to use our intellectual property.

Technical data sheets, NBS clauses, and specification documents provided to you as part of a specification pack are licensed for use on the specific project for which they were requested. They may not be reproduced for other purposes without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
