Valid when installed on a suitable prepared subfloor in accordance with the Superstrata Installation Guide. No mandatory installer requirement. Any competent flooring contractor can install Superstrata and this warranty remains fully in force.
Some manufacturers make their warranty conditional on using their own installation teams. That means a contractor who buys the product and installs it with their own crew — or uses their own subcontractor — voids the warranty entirely. The headline figure stays impressive; the conditions ensure it rarely applies.
Superstrata's 10-year warranty has no such condition. Install it yourself, use your own team, or use any competent flooring contractor who follows the installation guide. The warranty stands regardless.
For contractors and procurement teams: you can specify Superstrata, install with your own crew, and hand your client a full 10-year warranty certificate on day one. No subcontracting to us, no approved installer lists, no conditions.

We will ask for photographs of the affected area and, where relevant, confirmation of the subfloor preparation method used.
Valid claims are resolved by repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion. We aim to respond to all warranty enquiries within 5 working days.
