Olympic lifting platforms, sled tracks, plyometric zones, and rope climbs all impose different demands on the same floor. Superstrata products are engineered to handle all of them — with the technical documentation to back every specification.

Our 30mm and 40mm Titan tiles are drop-tested to 200kg and carry EN 14904 certification. Paired with Shield acoustic underlay for upper-storey boxes, the system meets Building Regulation requirements without compromising performance underfoot.

Olympic Lifting Platform

The highest-impact zone in any box. Titan 40mm provides the drop resistance and energy absorption required for Olympic lifting. Platform borders in contrasting colour define the zone clearly.

Functional Training Floor

What thickness do you recommend for Olympic lifting?

Titan 40mm is our recommendation for dedicated Olympic lifting platforms. It provides the drop resistance and energy absorption required for repeated heavy lifts while maintaining a stable, non-compressible surface underfoot. For general WOD floors with occasional lifting, Titan 30mm is sufficient.

Can you supply turf and rubber in the same order?

Yes. We supply Tundra synthetic turf, Runway sprint track, and Titan rubber tiles from a single order with coordinated lead times. This simplifies procurement significantly for multi-zone fit-outs.

Do you have documentation for planning applications?

Yes. Full technical data sheets, EN test certificates, and fire rating documentation are available for all products. For upper-storey boxes, we can provide acoustic test data for Building Regulation compliance.

How do you handle upper-storey CrossFit boxes?

Shield acoustic underlay installed beneath Titan tiles as a system addresses Building Regulation requirements for impact sound transmission. The system achieves up to 28dB impact sound reduction. We can provide full acoustic test data for planning submissions.

What is the lead time for a full box fit-out?
